Nobody said reaching the pinnacle of health and wellbeing was going to be easy. Dave is the first to admit the journey to reach The Summit takes willpower and determination. But if you ask him now, he will tell you the hard work is well worth the rewards. Dave’s favourite saying is “Minimum dose for maximum results” — and his 30 minute workouts speak to this. A health and fitness advocate for all ages, no matter their fitness capabilities, Dave works with clients to reach goals and change lives. From mobility, strength or weight loss, Dave provides the supportive environment clients seek to reach their personal pinnacles of fitness.
Dave studied a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science at the Sunshine Coast University and a Bachelor of Sports Science with Honors at Bond. Following this qualification, Dave moved into professional sport conditioning, working for the Gold Coast Titans NRL team, before managing the health and wellbeing for more than 6000 employees as an Active Lifestyle Coach in Western Australia.
