How can I book a PT session?

Who can work out with a Personal Trainer?

Anyone can work out with a Personal Trainer! Our clients are generally people who either don’t know where to start, don’t like busy gyms or love the accountability of having a Personal Trainer.

I have an injury, can you work with me to fix / help with this?

Yes, we can either work around your injury, or create a customised workout to assist with your recovery.

How long is each Personal Training session?

Each Personal Training Session is 30 minutes long. We suggest for each client to come in 5 minutes before their scheduled session to warm up.

How many times a week do you recommend I workout?

This is highly individualised, however as a general guide we recommend 2-3 per week.

Can I work out with a friend?

Yes, we have training options for up to four people at a time.

Can I workout when I am pregnant?

Yes, however we will need to schedule a complimentary consultation in order to determine your workout requirements before you get started.

What should I wear / bring?

Please wear comfortable training gear, closed in workout shoes and we will provide the rest.

Can I still workout if I don’t want to build a lot of muscle?

Of course! Building muscle is not an easy process and requires a specific weight lifting routine and diet.

What happens if I need to cancel my session?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before hand you will be charged for that session.

What should I eat before training?

This is different for each individual, however generally you are looking for a quick carbohydrate option to fuel your workout, for example, toast and jam or a peice of fruit.
